Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my current BPI Auctions account or do I need a new one?
No, you will need to make a new 'seller' account in order to list assets.

How do I list my equipment?
It's all quite straight forwards really. Once you have created an account you will need to click 'list an item'. We will require as detailed a description as possible, high definition, quality photographs (try and get these landscape as they look a lot better!) and a value you want returning. After that you can send it to the team to process.

How do I know it has been listed in a sale?
The BPI Team will be in regular correspondence with the status of your equipment. Check out the status of your item on the marketplace account.

Can I put a reserve on it?
You certainly can! Simply add the value when listing your assets. Be as realistic as possible – if we think the value is unachievable we will let you know.
